If

This morning we had Jo, Jimmy's mum, come in to talk to us about her experiences being away with the All Blacks at the World Cup as their media liaison officer. Jo talked about how "Good men make good ABs", how Richie talks about "Taking it, not expecting it", and "Start again". We were loving her stories from the UK.

• Did you know that the ABs are sugar free?!
• Did you know that the water boys carry out messages from the coaching staff to pass on?
• Did you know that Julian Savea isn't very good at hearing the messages so they need to be told to someone else?!
• Did you know that the young boy who got Sonny-Bill's medal offered to return it?

After listening to Jo, we analysed the poem If, by Rudyard Kipling. Finley took over the teaching from Ms Saxon!

Imagine if we could have our own version of If to live by in Rooms 8&9. Here were some of our thoughts.
