Anna McNuff

http://annamcnuff.com/

Today we were lucky enough to listen to a speaker who is currently running the length of NZ from Bluff to Cape Reinga - 3000km. Her name is Anna McNuff, she lives in London, UK. She was bored working in an office and decided to push herself outside her own comfort zone - she told us that this is where the magic happens! Her first big adventure was cycling through every state in the USA.

Anna talked about not looking right to the top of the hill and thinking how hard that journey is, she just thought of doing ten steps and making it to the next marker.

Anna wanted us to explore the things that we are passionate about - no matter what they are!

Anna was motivated by coming from a really sporty family and doing some pretty wacky stuff.

She made Bruno think about what he could actually really do - maybe something that he hasn't thought of already.
Finn thought about going outside out comfort zone - not knowing what is there but just starting it and doing it.
Jessica was motivated to do the rail trail.
Isabella thought it was cool that Anna said it might be scarey to go outside our comfort zones.
Dilkee was made to think about how beautiful NZ is.
Dom was reminded not to give up too easy.
Mya thought it was amazing that she had to carry all her gear with her - 7kgs on her back at all times.

Anna is raising money for Outward Bound NZ. http://www.outwardbound.co.nz/

Follow her story and be inspired to be as great as you can be.
